We are actively forming partnerships with hospitals, health systems, housing providers, cities and counties, faith-based organizations, foundations, and corporate sponsors. As each partnership is finalized, we will announce it here.
We curate news that matters to our mission: homelessness trends across Texas, affordable housing initiatives, Medicaid and healthcare programs that affect housing, community development efforts, and policy changes that shape access to stability.
Official announcements about new funding, major donations, program launches, new board members, awards, and expansion into new Texas communities will be published here as they occur.
As participants reach milestones, we will share their stories with their full consent and privacy protections. We will also spotlight partners, volunteers, and sponsors helping to close the gap from crisis to stability.
