From crisis to stability.
For every Texas family.
The Rise Forward Project partners with funders, healthcare systems, and government agencies to close the gap between housing crisis and lasting stability for individuals and families of every generation and background.

The need is real, and growing.
On a single night in January 2025, roughly 28,000 Texans were counted as experiencing homelessness, a 43% share of whom were living completely unsheltered. These are our neighbors, families, veterans, elders, and children. Closing this gap is why we exist.
A community-focused response to housing instability in Texas.
The Rise Forward Project exists to ensure every individual and family has a real path to safe, stable housing and the supportive services that make stability last. We work alongside healthcare partners, government agencies, foundations, and community organizations to deliver evidence-based programs grounded in dignity, equity, and measurable outcomes.
Cross-sector model
We connect housing, healthcare, workforce, and community resources into one coordinated system of support.
Responsible stewardship
Every dollar is tied to defined outcomes, transparent reporting, and continuous program improvement.
How we build long-term housing stability.
Our model is grounded in evidence, designed for scale, and built to measure what matters most: whether people stay housed, healthy, and connected to their community.
Housing First
We connect people to stable housing without preconditions, then build supports around them. It is the most evidence-backed path to long-term stability.
Person-Centered Navigation
Each participant works with a dedicated navigator who coordinates benefits, healthcare, employment, and community resources.
Measurable Outcomes
Every program is designed around retention, health, income, and well-being metrics we will share transparently with funders.
Built for Every Generation
We serve children, parents, grandparents, and elders of every ethnicity and background with dignity and cultural respect.

Stronger together than apart.
No single organization can close the housing gap alone. We are building partnerships across healthcare, government, philanthropy, faith communities, and community-based organizations to align resources around the people we serve.
