A new Texas organization built for measurable impact.
We exist to expand access to safe, stable housing and the supportive services that make stability last for families of every generation and background.
Our Mission
To close the gap from housing crisis to lasting stability for individuals and families in Texas through evidence-based programs and cross-sector partnership.
Our Vision
A Texas where every person, of every generation and background, has a real path to housing stability, health, and community.
Our Promise
Dignity-first services, transparent reporting, and continuous improvement so every dollar invested translates into durable community outcomes.

Built with the community, for the community.
The Rise Forward Project is a new Texas-based community organization, founded in response to a clear and growing need. Roughly 28,000 Texans are experiencing homelessness on any given night, and far too many cycle through emergency rooms, shelters, and short-term programs without ever reaching the stability they deserve.
We are a multi-generational and multi-ethnic team, building this organization alongside the communities we will serve. Our work is rooted in evidence, accountability, and a deep belief in the resilience of the people we partner with.
We are in our earliest chapter. Our focus today is establishing the partnerships, funding, and program infrastructure to launch services that close the gap from crisis to stability for Texas families.
What guides our work.
Accountability
We measure what matters and report it transparently to the partners and communities we serve.
Collaboration
We do our best work alongside healthcare, government, philanthropy, and community partners.
Equity
We design programs that meet people of every generation and background where they are.
Measurable Outcomes
We continuously evaluate our work against the outcomes that define real community impact.
A new organization, held to grant-maker standards.
We are early in our journey, and we know trust is earned. These are the standards we are building this organization around from day one.
Grant-Ready Governance
Clear policies, financial controls, and reporting practices designed to meet the standards funders expect.
Evidence-Based Program Design
We start with proven models (Housing First, recuperative care, coordinated entry) and adapt them to Texas communities.
Transparent From Day One
We will publish our outcomes, financials, and milestones publicly as soon as we have them, with no exceptions.
Evidence-based. Person-centered. Built to scale.
Our approach combines proven housing models with coordinated supportive services and rigorous evaluation. We design every program to be replicable, sustainable, and accountable to the communities and funders that make our work possible.
